HC3 FIRE ALARM no turn off

I tested my Z-wave smoke sensor by pushinh the button. Alarm went off as it should but I cant turn it of. It is not possible to confirm either in Iphone app or in HC3 web.

Every minute a notrification is sent to 3 phones and an email is also sent every minute.

The sensor is turned of so it is not there the fault is.

HC3 notification is turned of but email is sent anyway.

If I turn HC3 of it summons the notifications until I turn it on, then it sends them all at once.

Any Idea?

Reboot HC3 ?? ... I did twice today, because he started to run 3 QA every minute pointlessly, for no reason.

Same here,

false alarm at 3am, HC3 starts to send alarm to mail and phone.

And I can't find anywhere to shut it off or clear the status.

Now the HC3 has been shut down all day, and when I turn i on again it starts to send alarm messages again.

What to do?
