HC3 Wont connect to Network

My HC3 won't connect to the network, however the led on the LAN port are lighting confirming they are connected in.

 

Have tried rebooting with no success.

 

Any advice how to fit this issue?

    Yes, i had it configure and was using it for a few months.

     

    I think i had a opower cut, and after power was restored it didn't reconnect

    OK, so you can see what IP address your HC3 has, but you can not log in to that address?
    Is it the same IP address as before, or has it changed?
