Yes it is the trigger from the manual, that I can not get to work, the scene does not start when restarting the gateway?

    The problem is solved.
The trigger works in my case when I put this timer on.

    fibaro.setTimeout (25000, function ()
         fibaro.call (163, "setConfiguration", 12, 1, 56)
         fibaro.call (163, "setConfiguration", 13, 1, 2)
    than)

the trigger is working even without, in your case the se-start started while z-wave engine was still busy, so setconfiguration was not send. Generally good idea to give HC3x some time to start up properly before the startup trigger is doig any action.
