Need LUA scene that changes device attributes based on a trigger

So I'm relatively new to Fibaro and little programming experience, especially in LUA. I'd like to have the following happen:

If overhead door is open (DSC virtual device from Per-Olov Sjoholm) I'd like Device ID 5 parameter 14 changed to 1

If overhead door is closed (as per above virtual device) I'd like Device 5 parameter 14 changed to 0 (which is also default)

Any brilliant advice for a newby? Ideally I wish Fibaro supported the Z-wave device I'm using but despite sending the configuration files, it seems very uncertain on if and when they might support it.

All I know is the first part of the LUA script might be as follows:
