Dimmer 2 turning on and off ten times every half hour.

Hi There,

                I have an incredibly strange operation occurring on my Dimmer 2. It is turning associated LED lights on an off 10 times every half hour without exception.

 

Advice anyone?

At the moment I'm working on the theory that in some parts of Australia the electricity companies use a ripple pulse to turn public utilities on and off as well as managing offpeak and on peak resources. Will buy a Notch Filter Noise Suppressor and see if that improves the situation.
