Fibaro dimmer brightness not the same

My lamp has 10 led bulbs. If i switch it on With 25% strength it is nice brightness. When i switch it of And later i switch it on with same strength 25% the light is to bright. Sometimes  i switch on it almost gives no   light, sometimes Nice And sometimes to bright. All times strength 25%.

i installed a bypass. 

What to do to get the dimmer working constant, always the same brightness with the same % strength?

Did you do the calibration process on first install? If not, power of the dimmer and set parameter 14 to 2. Turn power back on and let the calibration process run. Also consider letting autoadjust be used if not already so. Parameter 30 set at 2.
