Question

Hello,
I have an HC2 and an HC3 .... sometimes I have a delay in the execution of Scenes .... I don't know if there is any relationship but using the FING app I noticed that when I PING the HC3 it shows me packet loss (7% ) ... ... the same does not happen on the HC2 or on any other equipment on my network .... would anyone know what could be causing this on the HC3 .... this is happening with version 5.080.12 or 5.080 .20.

thanks for some help,

How many scenes and devices do you have on the hc3? And do you have high CPU or memory usage?

How long is the delay in scene execution?

  • Hi [email protected],

few scenes (15 scenes) 4 fast apps .... super low CPU 3% to 10% .... RAM 50% ...... Scenes usually run fast .... sometimes one or the other has a 2 for 3 second delay....50 devices in total.

    Pooling 440s.

strange that it's always 7% packet loss....always 7% any time of the day I Ping.

I've updated the firmware and it's still the same....7% loss.

A couple of seconds doesn't seem too excessive, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Perhaps check on the zwave side that there isn't a lot of traffic, if 50 devices are all sending a lot of temperature and power updates for example, this can slow down the system.
