Question

hi I am trying to add one RTI z-wave secondary controler called  RTI

inside fibaro interface of my HC2 i start the process using the normal add device option, like a fgs-223 or other, the process start work, my hc2 can find the rti zwave gateway, and after some time, show-me a message about "the process was failed"

Why?

can you help me whit the problem?  what do you need? some logs errors ? let me know!
