Hi Fibaro,

So many icons no longer work since the update yubii app to 1.14 (Quickapp, devices.... )   HC3 5.091.41 Beta. 

 

Dashboard shows everything. 

Local Login, FibaroID login nothing help.

    I did it. Doesn't work! 

    I restarted HC3. Multiple Local and FibaroID login. Nothing has changed

    Deinstall app and re-install. Mostly solve the problem.

    I'm also on 1.14 but my icons are oke. But stil on 5.090

    In my case they sometimes suddenly apear. So no idea why,what is happening.

    Try this:

     

    1. Kill the app

    2. Clear cache

    3. Modify HC3 Secure Connection to "http" (not https/http)

    4. Run the app

    I try it. Nothing helps. 

    I try several times local login, no changes. 

    Every Icon changed manually is a  sign

    I have had the same problem, the current version (5.091 beta) fixed it.

    No, I updated my HC3 to 5.091 weeks ago. In the HC3 Dashboard, i have no problems. It's everything OK. 

     

    The icons are not displayed in the Yubii Home Center app since update to 1.14, 2 days ago. See my first post

    I am sorry, did not checked my version before.

     

    I have updated my just now and I can confirm one icon for QA of "Generic device" type disapeared. The rest of my custom icons are still in the app. I also tried to clear storage & clear cache, but icons are back except the one for QA.

    I have to correct myself. Not every device or quickapp with a custom icon is not displayed.

    But the following sensors with custom icon are not displayed: 

    multilevel sensor

    generic device

    com.fibaro.lightSensor

    icon for custom door lock  will not show  for me  i have also thrid evryting

    @RudyT Please contact our technical support via [email protected], the team will help you with resolving the issue.

    Just please include information regarding HC3 version that you are using and names of sensors that are now missing icons.

    @K.Drozynski In the HC3 Dashboard in don't missing anything. All icons are available. 

     

    My problem is with the Android Yubii app. I missing icons in the Yubii app. 

     

    Should I still contact support?
