Hello

I have a problem with HC2 and I have been talking to them slowly for 3 months, asking for patience. Recently the HC2 freezes, it doesn't start after a power failure, now so much so that it can't be operated for 4 days. (z-wave led is solid) (I have an uninterruptible power supply) I have been talking to fibaro support since the end of September and I have been promised to fix the bug. But an update will only be released in January.
It’s a little disappointing that it’s still useless for about 20 days.

A common problem is that the voltage adapter does not work well. Try another adapter and see if it helps.

It must supply 12V and at least 4A.

thanks for the help, i will definitely try it because it has been around for 5 days ...

though, I have to add that I have one, i.e. already two complete correspondences, with Fibaro, which includes that they know about the bug (bugs) and have fixed it, but! ..the update will only be for HC2 in January. I don't understand why .... it's not just because it's an expensive tool compared to the others.

I do not think it's a software bug that's the problem. In that case, many more would report the same problem.
Or is it that you have a completely unique configuration or unique hardware, I do not think so.

once he did this, even after a power outage. then it was repaired remotely ... i got this device under warranty from the fibaro. it already had the 4.6 software on it when a little em was given.

I copied the end of the correspondence below ....Of course I was happy for him to try to help, but now it's not comforting :(

Bug is solved, but we are waiting for realise. Unfortunately it will be at the beginning of January with new package of update for HC2.

this is a phenomenon and does not respond to anything. when stopped, that status is displayed on the screen

Do you have any idea why the z-wave LED is constantly lit after a reboot?
Fibaro just promises, but nothing happens. They ask for a little patience, but since early November.
I deleted 2 IR extenders because all of a sudden they didn't work, but since then I can't add them to Hc2 properly. Missing features. I've already reset them, not even then. There are scenes that have not run normally since the problem occurred.
I tried a restart today and now the z-wave LED is on again. Now completely useless again, not just half .... :(

Unfortunately, I do not know :(
They have been promising since October, but have been asking for "little patience" ever since. I'm starting to give up ....
If it was a cheap Chinese stuff, it wouldn’t excite the thing, but with us it’s very expensive and I add it’s still sold. Although in principle it is no longer supported ... :(
Of course, if something progresses, I will indicate.

Do I understand correctly? Tedee is no longer supported? From the suport I had an answer. That there will be a fix with the next update. 

That would be a disaster.

not Tedee but Home Center 2 is no longer supported.

I had the issue that system did not reboot again and stuck with three led's shining. The only way was to get back to start, means meet the HC2 in it's own ip-space and work from the Fibaro OS level. At that point I could use the recovy backup and get back to service.

Hopefully not: Fibaro support has promised so many update on requested templates and modules....

Hi,
although I didn't get a notification, something must be fixed / fixed, because now we have a full-day power outage due to the electricity supply, and then the system started fine. It didn't freeze like it did before ...
