HC3 not visible in find.fibaro.com

Hello,

 

When I bought HC3 I connected successfully to my old flat's Wi-Fi router trough the Ethernet and I can find the HC3 in find.fibaro.com. 

 

But now I moved to my new house and I want to connect it to new router trough the Ethernet cable in the same way as before. I am doing everything by steps which is shown in Start guide. 

 

But I have an issue that  HC3 can't be found on Find.fibaro.com.

 

Does somebody had same issue? Any suggestions?

In the manual you can find how to reset the network settings.

Resetting network settings

Resetting network settings will restore Wi-Fi and LAN factory settings.

Using buttons on the cover:

1. Hold the + button for 20 seconds.

1. LAN and Wi-Fi indicators will blink red.

 

Then you would be able to find it with the fibaro finder

Here is also written to set the HC in DHCP mode. with the "+" Button.

Then you should find it in your new router.

Hello,

I have bought a new HC3 on the Amazon.de and i can not install it.

I can't find it on find.fibaro.com, it don t start any wireless network. i ve tried all the possibilities i have found on the tutorials. no resolve.

Does somebody knows what it happened. In the recovery mode i can t reset the network adapters, no red lights appears after i keep the + button pushed.

I think it s broken. It is not findable, not even in the router clients.

any solutions before i return it?

Does exist the possibility that the product to be refurbished? it dose t has the bronze ornaments around the legs and one rubber on the leg is missing

Log in to your router and check the HC3's IP, connect through that.
