HC3 and Nice Oxibd _ Pairing problem

hello,

 

I have an entrance gate  with a Nice Robus400 and an Oxibd . It works well , i can open i with a  remote Era one BD.

 

I have also an HC3 and i try to do a direct pair it with the oxibd:

=> HC3 find the Oxibd

=> i can do the 4 tests : step by step, Partial , open , close from the home center screen. it's ok  , the door is opening .

 after the tests , I click on "next" , the pairing window closes, and nothing more is happening .

 

i can't find any  Nice sytem on the HC3 . I tried with the last stable firmware and the new beta  firmware, there is no change .

 

maybe , i do something wrong but i can't see.... ?

 

Someone has ever seen the same thing ?

Hi,  

 

As I understand it while adding a device you can control it, but after adding it the device disappears from the system?

if yes, is the device missing from the browser on your computer or from the mobile app

 

..or the problem is that you cannot control the device after it has been added?
