[SOLVED] Unable to include Fibaro Double Switch FGS-224 in Secure mode

This issue is very similiar to another post, but this time around with a fibaro device (the FGS-224).

 

I am trying add the double swithc (FGS-224) in secure mode. I have tried to install the switch in non-secure mode and it works like a charm, with the issue that I can not associate directly to another existing device (since it is included in secure mode).

 

I start to see a pattern -- I have included device in secure mode previously without problems. Why is this now a problem.

If this problem is similiar as the other topic I had with HeatIt-devices, then I would appreciate if Fibaro could list at least the most significant known issues (provided that my assumption is correct, that this is just another example of my previous experienced issue with a HeatIt device).

 

When I tried to add the FGS-224 it stall after the logs below (then stalls after the last row on parameter 164).

 

Anyone having any similiar issue?

This one is due to my ignorance. 

 

The FGS224 is supporting only secure mode S2 while Homecenter 2 currently only support S0.

 

Therefore the only option to include the FGS224 with Homecenter 2 is through non- secure mode. 

 

This could only change if Fibaro offer an update to Homecenter 2.

Hi, I had same problem with 4.630 version.
The solution was restore 4.600 (9 month before) and then no problem to include the module

Maybe the version is not the problem...
