We are hoping that a bit sooner, work is still in progress.
ZW3.0 beta is being developed, missing support for some devices is being implemented and we are working on stability of the new engine.
We won't be able to migrate the system if all known devices won't work fully with it.

In the meantime migration tool is also under development.

Normally I like to share more or less specific dates but it is too soon for now.

I don't think you want to migrate from ZW2 to ZW3 at the moment.

A lot of devices and functions are not supported including Fibaro devices.

The process is still in a very early phase of a beta, curius if you can realy call it a beta version in this state.
