Question

Hi guys,
My customer needs the Heltun switch buttons to keep blinking until the desired action is done.
EX.
Heltun Open satus backlight is BLUE, closed status is RED.
We connected his Button1 on Heltun Quinto Switch, to its garage (not by wire, just in QA), and there is a contact sensor linked to his garage door too. So when he presses the button 1, the garage starts to open. However, the baclickght remains RED, until the contact sensor opens, and then the baclight goes BLUE. This is fine, as he always knows the real OPENED/CLOSED status of the garage, except when the garage door is in motion.
So he asked me, if its not possible, to indicate somehow, that the action is in progress, to let him know, that the garage is really in motion, so it is opening.
I was thinking, i will make a loop that will turn on/ off the backlight, so it will be blinking, behind the button, until the garage door reaches the opened state, (the linked sensor triggers), and I can stop the blinking effect, and change the backolor to Opened eg BLUE color.
In Heltun Switches, it is possible to separate the button action and the button backlight, so the above approach can be done by the forementioned approach.
My question is, if I will do the QA in this way, so we will BLINK the backlight by LOOPING ON/OFF of the backlight, won't this overload ZWAVE traffic too heavily? Can this be a safe approach? He has like 20 Heltun switches.
Thanks
