All devices previously added to the system that received support need to be reconfigured.

Does this imply that all my existing devices must be excluded and then re- included or is a soft reconfiguration enough?

Does anyone have any more info about this?

I'm also curious (actually; not updating) about what exactly 'devices that received support' means...

It means, that it is recommended to do soft-reconfiguration for those devices, which were not supported before that firmware, and become supported by

. Support means here, that new firmware provided new or upgraded templates for devices. Soft-reconfiguration (or full reconfiguration, or re-adding) allows to activate new template, and more complete support for a device.

Seems this was not really accurate.  I updated,  rendering all devices non- working, despite soft reconfiguration  Also,  I am not successful in reverting to 4.620 either. Now not sure if I shall try to re- include devices on 4.620 or gamble and instead do it on 4.621.

I am annoyed, since this scenario was what I wanted to avoid.... but I wanted to see if this update would fix this:
