Hello !

 

I try to remove a device Zigbee.

This device does not work anymore.

I have the window

Use manually "force to remove" as follow

Go to devices 

Press trash icon

Select Force remove

That's all...

    I have had the same problem.

    Tried to delite and forse remove. it still came back.

    I had to remove the hue app, download again, and let it find the remaining bulbs.

    Hello,

     

    I have the same problem, unable to remove a zigbee device, I do not have the force remove.

    Is there a solution ?

    Answering to myself, I did a reset of the Zigbee and it worked.
