HC 3 and Nice Spin

Hi Fibaro

I have added my Nice SPIN Gates to my HC 3 and in HC3 i have 4 buttons "Open", "Close" "Step by Step" and "PARTIAL" but its only the Step by Step there are opening and closing my gate, this is giving some problems with google home because when i say hi google open gate 1 its sends the Open signal to HC3 but this is not opening the gate
any body there know who i get the Open and Close commands to work?

Have you paried the SPIN using the remote or directly with the motor?

If remote was used and installer paired the remote in "mode 2" and not "mode 1" probably only one action is programmed.
You could pair the SPIN directly, then all actions should work ok.

Probably you doing it wrong (you one pressing button that way you binded only step by step in mode 2

 

In step 3 change to press bind button on HC3 (bind)
