Elero Rolsolar 868 M

Lode

Question

Hi,

I have 3 Elero Rolsolar 868 M rollershutters powered by solarpanel.

I was able to connect two of them but the signal between HC3 and the rollershutter get's frequently lost.

In the UI from HC3 I cannot restore the signal between HC3 and Rollershutter.

In the app i can restore the signal every time.

Another strange issue is that  by one of the rollershutters i can use the up- and downbutton but the stopbutton works only 2 times out of ten.

To me it sounds nothing more then a signalproblem ???

Any ideas ??

@Lode

If there is no signal repeater from Elero, it will only help to move the HC3 closer to the receivers (rollers).
At least try it.
If 2 out of 10 buttons work, it indicates a faulty network or low signal.
If you have a weather station at home or other 868Mhz products, you can try to remove them if it doesn't improve.

  • Thx for your reply.

I already tried that but no luck.

The signal is just to weak.

I've been looking for other devices on the 868Mhz channel but as far as i can see there aren't any.

Isn't there a device that can make the signal stronger ?
