How do I update the firmware on an Aeotec smartswitch attached to a HC2

I realise that I have to remove it from the network to do it.  

 

I have the following, which one should I use

 

  1. ZWave CIT - is there a way to do it from inside its software.
  2. ZStick - What software to use ?
