Issue home.fibaro.com remote access not working

BRUNO FAUCON

Question

Hello,

Since few days I'm having issue to access my HC3 remotely. Inside my network everything is fine, but not possible to find my fibaro from hom.fibaroe.com or via the mobile IOS app.

Do you experience the same issue?

Regards

Yes, I have the same problem since 9/11. 9:30 a.m.
Since I read on the forum (information from the month of May) that Fibaro knows about the problem and it will be fixed in .120 fw, I'm waiting.
Local communication is ok.
I have android phone app is Yubii 1.16.0 and fw HC3 5.110
Resets do not help, Installer does not see it on the portal.

eM.

Today I received an email at 8:12 that the connection to the cloud has been restored. I tested it, I confirm.
Anyway, I don't suppose that it would be a problem on the part of the operator in my case. I haven't noticed the slightest connection problem from the location. Maybe some DNS records are to blame?
Can you suggest what the revealed bug is about, which should be fixed in .120?
