Meters reset from the Settings->Z-wave doesn't work.

Hi,

It looks like "Rest" button for Meters Reset under Settings->Z-wave doesn't do anything.

I'm almost sure that work in the past (used long time ago), but now it seems it doesn't work. As I understand, it should clear device power data for all devices. If this doesn't work, how can I clear power data for all devices in a single "click"?
