Hi @m.roszak,

 

My HC3 (firmware 5.120.10) no longer has access to the Dashboard after x number of days. I see no notifications of this issue. A reboot helps with this. 

Can I request additional logging somewhere?
Does this fix (5.121.41) also help for my problem?

I hear about this first time, not sure why this is happening. Only dashboard with devices does not load or whole interface?

 

Contact support when issue occurs, we will check it out.

 

I cannot rule out that new version fixes this or not...

Hi @m.roszak,

 

Thanks for your quick response. The HC3 does not respond to an http request. I am not sure if this is a problem with the HC3 dashboard or a network issue with the network interface. I am now using DHCP I could set a fixed IP address? Do you have any tips on how I can figure out what the problem is? Then I will try this next time it goes wrong again.

If this occurs again, reboot the gateway and download logs by request  <gatewayIP>/api/service/logsDump in the browser and create a support ticket with this included.
We will check what is happening here.
