Hello I just bought the HC3 and I'm trying to add the 1st device but I'm not able I mean it doesn't add,

it is the Fibaro wall plug FGWPE/F-102, I follow the instructions but doesn't happen anything....any Help

@Betone write how exactly you are doing the procedure of adding a new device.

I go to find.fibaro.com I open my HC3 I go to settings add device I choose Z-wive device and I click start has 60 seconds I go to the plug that is connected to electricity and near to HC3 less than two meters and in less than 30 seconds after I started the procedure I press three times the button on the plug

The FGWPE/F-102 is for Europe. You are in Europe?

if it has been paired before, does it need to be unpaired first?

Solved I tried many times and didn't work after I got crazy and I clicked three times after 30 seconds the procedure was started instead of clicking the 1st 30 seconds and it was added,

if I'm not wrong the manual says to click three times in the 1st 30 seconds for me worked clicking after 30 seconds.

Today I try to add the double switch and the motion sensor
