Issue with custom icons

After creating a custom icon for a device (png 128x128 pixels) I save it in the Web interface on my pc and it works beautifully there.

 

However, when I go to the app I can either see the "on" icon or the "off". Depending on which Icon I upload first on the pc's Web interface. 

 

In this case the "on" icon is working but the "off" icon shows a question mark instead. Any suggestions?

Icons and the Yubii app are a bit of a hassle. You can try this. If you are on your local network, use the app so it can cache the icons. In your case force both icons with turning on the device to get the other custom icon. Maybe that helps. 
 

(For me, most of the time that works. I also still have some icons not working, for those I already gave up)

Hi, thanks, when you say "use the app" you mean to change the icon from the app locally? I did not see the possibility to change the icon from the app. How do you do that?

no, not uploading the icon, just use the yubii app and click on the room where the device is.

I'm facing the same issue. If I use custom icons only one status of device shows the correct icon, the other one is replaced by default with a "question mark" icon.

In web interface everything is working properly.
