Smoke Sensor FGSD002 - Smoke Detector Tampering, product cover removed

Question

Hi,

 

after i attached the sensor to the ceiling with a universal kit (magnetic Holder) the following error occoured -->  Smoke Detector Tampering, product cover removed (manipulation detected)

 

so my questions:

  • how can i reset this message because the product cover never removed ?
  • The official mounting plate / Kit for this sensor - Attach to the ceiling ?

  • ok understand - which is the original mount in my package were only two screws and dowels - so I can not attach the smoke detector, right?

    There should be a thin plastic cap included, like above in this picture

  • ok with this plastic cap there is no way to mount the sensor to the ceiling, it is only a protection for the battery - a classic mount is probably not provided, I wonder where to put this
