Zigbee lights better over Hue or directly on HC3?

Staszek.S

Question

Hi,

So for now, I have 18 garden lights (Ikea bulbs), connected to Home Assistant by Sonoff zigbee bridge flashed with Tasmota ZHAbrigde.

Works fine, brightness and color temperature can be modified, and I can also set up after power failure behavior - in my case it is 'stay off'.

As I'm going from HA to Fibaro - I need to connect them to HC3 (so far I have HC3L).

I connected one of them to Hue bridge (which is linked to my HC3L - but options are limited - no more settings what to do after power outage - no matter what I do - after the power comes back - this light goes on. This is unacceptable as if this is happening in the night - my garden will start shining like christmass tree:)

So what options do I have ?

- can I link Sonoff/Tasmota bridge directly to HC3? (probably not)

- linking bulbs directly to HC3 via native zigbee - is that works?

- if I but original Ikea central/gate - would that help ?

- any walk around for HUE ? Maybe some scene or QA that will let me setup lights in a way that after power problems they stay off ?
