Missing Devices HC3 after 5.130.64

Hi,

 

I am a newbie to Fibaro HC3, although I have been using Zwave and Zibbee devices via Homee for the past few years.

 

I have started adding new devices to HC3, I have added a fibre roller shutter and a couple of double switches without problems, however I have updated to a new firmware, version 5.130.64 and my devices have disappeared...

 

Can someone help me? Should I add the devices again?

@JonaszHello and welcome to the coummunity.

Which Zwave engine did you choose in the setup for hc3? If you have choosen ZW3, I recomend you the start from srcatch and choose ZW2.

Thanks, how do I check if I have  ZW2 or ZW3? How do I start over, factory reset?

@JonaszHi, to do a factory reset go to: setting > general > main > down at the bottom is the factory reset button.

 

 

Below the pic's of hc3 / hc3l with ZW3 and ZW2. The ZW3 engine has no Zwave mesh network reconfiguration possibility. With ZW2 you can reconfigure the hole mesh network or only one zwave node. This very usefull. It's the same function as as in hc2 / hcl.
