Home center 3 failure

Buenos días, desde hace algún tiempo he tenido un semáforo en rojo en hc3, hasta hoy no le he dado mucha importancia porque realmente funciona relativamente bien, el caso es que hoy ya fui a agregar un nuevo dispositivo, no se encuentra, busqué en la interfaz web y me dice que tiene una falla de hardware del sistema, cualquier idea de lo que podría estar sucediendo, y actualizado a la última versión y sigue siendo igual de malo, tengo una luz en el jardín que se enciende y apaga todo el tiempo Durante un tiempo, desactivé el módulo y sigue haciendo lo mismo, espero que puedas ayudarme.

Here is what that red LED means from manual:

Red LED means that you do not have installer assigned. My HC3 is same and I must admit that this bothers me since RED always means something is not good, but in this case it is nothing bad.

Is it really necessary to set this led to red if no installer is assigned? I suggest that you change that to LED off. The rest of the colors are OK.

    Excuse me for the language, I thought I had copied the English translation...the doubt is that that red led was never red, only since a little while ago.

    Hi @PedroChacon ,

     

    Just contact your installer and check with him(her) what is going on. It is possible that it changed to red after Fibaro servers went down.

    I remember that in hc2 I put [email protected] and the red light disappeared, I also did it in hc3 and it also worked, I don't know if I did it right or not... but it is no longer red

    Hi @PedroChacon ,

     

    I just put [email protected] to the Installer e-mail on Installer access tab and ⚙️ LED is now off :-)

    Thanks for that information.

     

    If you can't do that then I really don't know why is not working for you. As you can see I never thought I can put [email protected] for installer to force this led to go off.
