Extremely slow response on HC3 5.130.64

COAT

Question

Hi all!

I noticed that in at least one of the HC3s that I installed there is an extreme slowness in changing the status of some devices, whether they are the effects of a scene or the reading of some value (in this case, the reading of the brightness of the Philio 3 -in-1 PST02-B and Fibaro Motion Sensor FGMS-001).

I don't know if this slowness is due to how I built the scenes and therefore to the AND and OR of the conditions or for other reasons.

Can someone help me?

And, if so, please tell me if I need to provide you with a log or something.

Thank you all

did you consider upgrading to 140? 130 is not the most stable version. Support will probably say that as well.

    Hi! Thanks for your reply.

Mh, it's strange that this slowness only occurs in a HC3. And every HC3 I installed has 5.130 version.

Do you think I may have built the scenes too complicated?

Is it possible that the slowness is caused by them?

If those are the stable values, it doesn’t do a lot. Maybe your Z-wave network is doing a lot with a device cluttering up your network.

I think you should upgrade first and than see if the slowness still occurs.

The easiest way is to use Zniffer, but the hard part is, you need to have the hardware and setup.

An other way is to disable devices you could suspect and see if that solves the slowness. Maybe a device is reporting a lot.

But first do the update, maybe that helps.
