Hello guys
Anyone has a closer info about the "Open window detection" functionality in Fibaro radiator head?
In the manual there is no deeper description.
I know, that if it's enabled, we can get notifications about open window.
My questions are:
1. What happens in the background (if anything happens at all). Does it automatically adjust the head (close it) ?
2. Some brands have some automatic head closing functionality (i had it in the past). but unfortunately i don't remember what brand had it. Anyone can recommend some radiator head with that functionality?
3. In case of Fibaro head, can we catch that event somehow? (in block scenes it is not possible)
My customer want me to make a QA that
1. if the open window is detected, the head should close the valve. Is that achievable by any brand of radiator thermostats?
2. He wants me to detect and count the time, while the head is opened, so the room is heated. I can achieve this by event listening, and so far we used to use simple comparison of setpoint and measured temperature to determine, if the heating is active or not, because the "heatRequired" parameter doesn't show the correct values. Does anyone know, if this is a bug, or this parameter is unusable at all?
Thanks for any suggestions
