I updated the HC3 to 5.140 two weeks ago, and up to today it was working without any problems.

But now, for no apparent reason, the HC3 network services stopped. The network LED on the console was off and the system was no longer reachable, not via a browser and not via the cloud services.

 

I had to restart via the power button, after which everything seemed normal again. There were no messages in the Notifications panel.

           I have faced the same - pls let me know if you find a root cause.

 

 

P.S.: Log has been sent to support by the distributor, unfortunately they have not checked the log, just advised its a HW issue and asked to send the HC3 to them - I have rejected this as Im sure its not a WH issue and cant effort to be without HC3 having cca 70 Zwave and 25 Zigbee devices controlling my entire house (aircon, lights, heating, heat pump, HVAC, sprinkler, blinds....). BTW I did not have this issue on 5.130, therefore Im sure/guess its not a HW related

    Just now, I did not loose the network connection, but the whole system.

    When I tried to login in a browser, I noticed that the services were restarting.

    It is very similar behaviour to a reboot after the "System recovered from an unexpected error". Only, in this version it seems that a similar problem still occurs, but it is no longer logged in the notifications page.

     

    @m.roszak I have attached the logsdump from shortly after the reboot.

    Network lost at multiple customers installations too..

    Unable to fix it.

    The Same - Reboots all the time. And i can't not live without. 180 Devices and 190 Scenes...

    They told me to reboot HC3. What a solution...

    I am rebooting the HC3 now almost every day for the last week, it's so unstable now, hardly usable.

    Everything stops working randomly.

    @SDeathHi, just curious, do you use zwave engine ZW2 or ZW3 on your homecenters?

    Same here. My HC3 is not working and unreachable for the fourth time in a couple of weeks. Very frustrating.

    @Sjakie Possibly, but still shouldn't bring down the entire system. Just stop the QA and inform me if there is an issue.

    I did have a crashing QA, guess Unifi changed something in their API causing issue with the php files I am using for those.
    Updated the php files all is working again without crashing the QA, see if this helps with stability.
    But that is a big bug nonetheless if that would bring down the entire HA system.

    More user have had a crashed HC3 due to a QA see elsewhere on this forum.

    Good you find the possible error lets hope it will be fixed

    I don't think it is TBH, this has been going on for well over a year and seems related to:

    That Fibaro/Nice seem to ignore by now because it's probably too hard to fix for them.
    They just removed showing the error, but that doesn't mean it's not happening anymore.

    @Sjakie As I suspected it makes no difference at all, already had a few network lost/crashes, Zigbee engine crashed/devices stopped working.

    Sorry to hear that.

    I can't help I am lucky that my HC3 runs since months without any big problem.
