Migration to HC3

The HC2 has not been responding for a while.  I managed to get it into recovery mode after changing the battery.  And I did a factory reset and restore.  But its back to being dead and I cant get it back into recovery mode.

 

The leds ripple, they all come on and they all go off.

 

I have a HC3 where I have been slowly converting my scenes over, but I havent finished.  I have no choice now.

 

When I try to Transfer Configuration, the hC2 is not selectable.

 

This makes no sense, how am I supposed to migrate over.  the backup is in the cloud, why cant it pick that up.

 

Is there any way to transfer ?

It's the first time ever, that the support responded on the same day. They changed the status of HC2 to donor and I was able to migrate it across. 

 

Finally, Running on HC3.  Now the torturous task of creating new VD equivalents and scenes from scratch!
