Sending HTML formatted email body

Question

Posted (edited)

Hello guys

Does anyone know, how can we (if we can) send a HTML formatted body in a email, from Fibaro lua code..

Line breakers like \n works but a can't use any HTML formatting so far.

There are ways that can be used to format text on quickapp UI like using <span> and <b> or fontsitze etc, but these HTML elements has no effect when i use them to format a text to be sent in an email.

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Sending HTML mail is not possible. I did a feature request with FIBARO a while ago.

In February

about sending mail with the HC3. Then I made Lua code for you that can send mails in pure Lua via SMTP, but I never got an answer to this. 😑
