Z-wave engine

Kucza

Question

Hi

I cant remember what z-wave engine i choose when I first started my HC3. Is there a way to check what engine i current have?

I have a Logic-Group ZDB5100 switch where only some of the parameters have shown, others are showed as "NaN" Could the Z-Wave engine cause such problems?

@KuczaHello and welcome to the community.

In january 2023, the zwave engine ZW2 on a hc3 looked like pic1. And ZW3 like pic2.

Myself and other people in this forum, have seen several strange things happen with the beta ZW3 zwave engine. It is not recomended to use ZW3 for production.

@jluc2808

I don't understand what you don't like about the beautiful pointer, how best to identify the ZW version. A picture is worth a thousand words.
Okay,.. another way to check is Swager.
See attached picture.
