how to migrate from zwave engine v3 to zwave engine V2

i have installed a new HC3, without any modification, after several days i have a lot of little problems that i couldn't understand, some gays sais that it seems that the box is with a zwave engine V3 and recommend to revert in zwave engine V2. 

 

is there a procedure / tuto to do that ? (i saw that the way is to all the box ? ) 

 

could i restore a backup after that to reinstall all my zwave module without adding the manually ?

@jluc2808I had to do this myself back in Jan 23 this jear with a hc3.

I've had asked the fibaro support, if I could keep/restore any backup or data after zwave engine ZW3 change to ZW2. They said no, you have to start from scratch.

 

AFIK, there was no change since then.

 

To do it go to: General > Main > Factory Reset > Reset

 

You can keep the connection to the Fibaro ID.

I wouldn't go back just because someone said..... I'm running V3 without any problems en lots of QA's and devices.
