Device icons in HC3 and dimmer not dimming

Hi,
I recently bought a HC3 to finally retire my old HC2. 😀

Before doing the migration of all devices I moved a couple of them to HC3 for testing purposes, some of them being dimmers.
Some devices are working fine but some of them are not and I don´t get why... In the case of dimmers not working properly they can turn the light on and off but not dim.

Can anyone please tell me what this about and how to fix it? They were all working fine in HC2.

 

I also see that the ones not working are having a litte padlock in the device list (see attaches picture).

@kappnetHi the padlook means, this device is includet to hc3, with a security level. Sometimes it helps to include zwave devices, without security level in order to have them working OK.

 

Can you tell which dimmer model you are useing?
