Elero Combio 868 LED

Hello all, 

 

does anyone have experience with controlling an Elero Combio 868 LED? 

 

I have the problem that this is displayed as a door and can only perform 3 states: bright (open), dimmed (closed) and off (stop). 

The light cannot be dimmed to a certain level, only very bright, very dim or completely off.

I get my HC3 this week and have also a Combio-868 MLED sun screen. Will test how my experiences are.

 

Which steps did you take to connect the Combio-868 to Fibaro?

I can't get the combio connected to the Fibaro HC3. I put it in learning mode (screen subtracts and extracts for few minutes), try to follow the up/down in the HC3 webpage / yubii app, but get an error every time. Could it be that my Combio 868 LED is too old? (I expect it to be from 2011, saw somewhere that Elero devices from 2013 are supported).

 

How did you connect the combio 868 led to hc3? Which steps did you take?

.... Wait until the LED turns on with 100% brightness. Press "up" immediately.

LED turns off and then on again, but this time dimmed. Press "down" immediately. 

 

 

It is best to try this when it is darker outside.

Thanks for your reply. I guess it did not work for me as my Combio was from 2011 and Elero stated that devices from 2013 were supported. I ended up replacing the Combio-868 MLED with a Qubino roller shutter. Works flowlessly, only need to add a dimmer so LED will also work.
