A new version is available 5.142.83 (beta) but cannot be installed, after the update the old version is still active. Are you able to update ?  Thank you

I was able to install it. 

Will check if there are any improvements with Zigbee support

    I have the same issue. New version is downloaded and it seems, that it is installed, but after restart the old version is shown. I am also not able to do a backup. Also here it seems that the process run successful but nothing happened.

    Same Problem. Tried with cloud backup, lokal backup and without backup. Update stopps at the point of stopping services and then restart the services again. After that i am on home screen with no changes.

    Is this version equipped with the fix for the reboot bug?

    The problem with update may be related with the issue introduced in 5.141 Beta (in race occasions there is a problem with the backup procedure).
    In case of a failing update please contact support and they will help you resolve the problem.

    I was able to switch back to 5.140.17 (via Recovery Mode). After that Backup and Update to 5.142 was possible.

    Have tried 3 Times. It turns back to the old one.

    Service is stopped at "creating backup" at 25%, then "starting service" and stops. Back to square one. Download again.

    The last one is also a solution, but support will help with it if necessary.

    The problem is the backup, neither the cloud nor the local backup manually works!

    Made update without backup And it went through. I made backup sucessfully after update.

    5.141.59 (beta) to 5.142.83 (beta)

    Hello,

     

     Installation has been done, but now all zigbee device are seen disconnected :-( 

    Someone have similare issue ?

     

    I've try to execute inclusion to see if I've an error, but I don't have device to include. Process start normally and wait device.

     

    Maybe I'll rollback to check if Zigbee come back
