Fibaro fgdw-002 bad battery level

BRUNO FAUCON

Question

Hi all!
I have a problem with the battery status of door/window sensor 2 in HC3 (5.140.17)
The sensor was firstly ok and in the dashboard the battery status was correct.
I received an alert that the battery level was low, so I replaced it, following the user manual (changing the bettery with the sensor open).

But the status was never updated and the bettery level is still 0%.

I tried with another battery and with another door/window sensor 2....but the results is the same.
Despite this, the sensor is working and it correctly notify me when the door is open and closed the battery level is still 0% for weeks-.

Why this behaviour in battery reading?
Is there a bug in my HC3  firmware version (5,140,17)? Is there a workaround without removing the device and re-include it?

Thanks.
