Fronius Inverter integration stopped working with HC3

Question

Posted

Hi there,

So I have HC3 (and HC3L as slave) central and the Fronius SYMO inverter - connected through QA from marketplace.

Till now everything was fine.

Now I'm getting Connection error (on the mail QA instance)

On the console I see: [ERROR] [QUICKAPP20]: Connection refused

I can still access the Fronius gui by the website so this is not the Fronius side issue.

I can also use the strings directly:  http://

Please login or register to see this link.

After that I'm getting what is expected:

{
    "Body": {
        "Data": {

                    "E_Total": 22594500,
                    "E_Year": 7327431.5,
                    "P": 0
                }
            },
            "Site": {
                "E_Day": 22224,

                "E_Year": 7327431.5,
                "Meter_Location": "load",

            },

            "UserMessage": ""
        },
        "Timestamp": "2023-11-02T18:00:33+01:00"

But WHY the QA says connection error?? This stops values to be updated so power production / usage is useless..

The QA works some time (a few minutes) after HC3 restart, so it pickups the data, and then starts to show 'connection error'...:(

What do I do ??
