No external access?

EJH59

Question

I have software 5.150.15, accessing my HC3 via browser. Yubii doesn't connect anymore and also the cloud connection fails. In the browser interface "external access" is off. If I switch that on, a pop-up tells me settings have changed. If I exit that page and select it again, external access is off again.

If I try to enable access for support, the option disables immediately.

If I select the next page (access for support), I get an "Error 503 - Server not available" immediately.

The behavior can be reproduced on another device (Android) in my network (so it's not the OS, not my Windows 11 system nor my Windows Edge browser). I've tried to reset my home router and my HC3. Nothing helps (and yes, everything worked fine before). I'm thinking it stopped after the last update but I'm not sure. Is there a log somewhere that might tell me more?

I'm a new user and my software uses another language but I tried to describe what happens as best as possible.

Any suggestions would be very welcome indeed.

When a  restore back to the previous working backup fails?

Should be on your end probally something with your internet connection because cloud connection fails.

If local acces works check in your router your HC3 IP adress is it still the adress it had before?

  • Thanks... it's not that simple as it seems. Fibaro helpdesk is on it now. If I learn more, I'll communicate here (en het kan ook in het Nederlands evt. maar ik weet niet wie dit allemaal lezen ;-))
