QuickApps do not open with YubiiApp

Hello everybody

I have the following problem. QuickApps do not open for me through the Yubii mobile application. Sometimes, they can open, but most of the time they don't.

My clients have the same problem.
Interestingly, everything works fine through a web browser. The problem occurs only when using the Yubii App. This is very annoying.


Does anyone know what the problem is and can help with this?

+1 for this problem, this has been the case for quite some time for me as well. 

I don't use Yubii as the GUI and load time is rubbish

@AdmostDj @Pica2017 Are you on the latest fibaro homecenter fw 5.150 and yubii app 1.20?

 

My Quick Apps on the yubii app are working local with wifi and remote over mobile connection as expected.

 

Things you can try:

-Restart the hc

-Press the synchronize button under: Settings > Access > Synchronize

-Use a standard user on the yubii app. I use the administrator only when needed. The same user is only installed on one mobile phone.

  • Yes, the software version of the HC3 is 5.150, and the YubiiApp is 1.120.

    But even on early versions of the software, the problem also occurred.

    According to observations, the problem is more relevant on iOS devices. On Android devices, the problem occurs 80% less often.

    Controller restart, synchronization, etc. does not solve the problem.
    I believe that regardless of the role of the user (admin or user), everything should work as it should.

    I am using for years IOS device(s). Did't notice I had more problems in compare with Android for me it's reversed.

    Since IOS less problems.

    Not a problem here to open QA on Yubii 1.120

  • It doesn't happen all the time, but quite often. And not only for me, but also for other friends of mine who use the Fibaro system.
    Maybe it depends on certain features of the mobile device or its settings?🤷‍♂️
    As an example, I cannot open QuickApp from an iOS tablet, but I can easily open it on an Android smartphone at the same time🤔

    Clear CACHE memory of YUBII in phone. Sometimes it is only a cach problem.

    But take care, and do not celar Storage. Just cache. And re-open the app.

  • Clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not help to solve this problem.
    P.S. From my observations, when I connect locally, the problem rarely occurs, and when I access remotely, it happens quite often.

    +1 similar problem

     

    I had some older firmware (5.140.17) on HC3 and had the same problem with QuickApps not loading remotely on Yubii mobile app (Android). 

    It looked like what AdmostDj video shows. Every once in a while this also happened:

     

    Then I noticed that a year ago this was supposed to be fixed:

     

    So I updated to 5.150 and Yubii 1.120. This didn't help much just changed symptoms a little. Now when I try to open QuickApp remotely via Yubii what I see is hc3 dashboard webpage opening in-place within Yubii mobile app instead of the QuickApp. This happens on all mobile devices I tried. If developers can't reproduce this I can try to do a logsDump. But since there was that hotfix a year ago you should know where the problem lies. Make sure there was no regression. 

    This a fairly critical functionality. Can we at least get a response that problem is being looked at?

    If you try for the second time, it usually opens the quickapp..... Nonetheless a bug.

    I tried it several times, but no result anymore. I think Yubii got mad at me, trying to get the quickapp labels, because Yubii gave me this:

    Same here, 1.21.0 did not help.

  • The problem is still not solved!😞
    Moreover, it was found that this applies not only to QuikApps, but also to physical devices that open in the mobile application as a plugin (thermostats)
