For unknown reasons (I believe it was fixed by Fibaro), thermostats and other QuickApps started loading when connected via the cloud.🙂

@SmartHomeEddy, @AWR@Comfortica, @Fabir did it start working correctly for you too?

@A.Socha, have you actually made any fixes for this issue?

I just gave it another try. (I don't use the quickapps with Yubii that much.) But is doesn't work, the quickapp doesn't open in Yubii not within the LAN.

@AdmostDj @Pica2017 Are you on the latest fibaro homecenter fw 5.150 and yubii app 1.20?

My Quick Apps on the yubii app are working local with wifi and remote over mobile connection as expected.

    Things you can try:

    -Restart the hc

-Press the synchronize button under: Settings > Access > Synchronize

-Use a standard user on the yubii app. I use the administrator only when needed. The same user is only installed on one mobile phone.

    On the yubii app

    Thanks for information

    Hi Guys!

It's a quit old post, maybe someone listens to this.

I've just bought my new HC3 and facing this problem. When I imported quickapps downloaded from here it is just showing in Yubii. My self developed apps don't. It seems there should be some code or settings in QA to able to be shown in Yubii, the downloaded QAs should have some differencies therefore they are working in Yubii.

    What is you oppinion?

Maybe just authorize your account to see them

    How doest this work?

I logged in Yubii with the account I set in Fibaro cloud. Then I give the required permission to this user when the new QA created. Is there any other way means "authorize"?

In the admin webinterface for the Homecenter 3 there are Settings and Access. There you can manage the access of all your devices scenes, etc and quickapps.

Okay. I believed this. I've set the access right to these QAs for the specified user. So the imported QAs are showed to him but the self developed ones aren't. It seems there is some difference in the coding or somewhere else.

The admin doesn't see this, self developed QAs either, it doesn't matter if the admin or the user logged in locally or via cloud.

Just for the record. It does matter which type did you choose when you start to design the QA. If you choose Generic Type of device it won't be shown in the Yubii. But fortunatelly there is a way to change your QA type after you finished.

    Hi all,

There are two Yubii mobile apps, so which one we are talking about?

Older Yubii Home Center app is not showing com.fibaro.genericDevice and will probably never show since I believe Fibaro stopped developing this one. It was made for new HC3 and HC3L with support for older HC2 and HCL.

Newer Yubii Home app is showing all types of QA, also can show QA in two different ways of which one support HTML tags. I suggest to forget older Yubii Home Center app and go with this one.
