TK65D Second Channel

Question

Posted

I have set up a TKB Home TK65D switch in my Home Centre 3, the main switch shows fine and works as expected, however the secondary (virtual) switch does not so I am unable to associate that with any function.

Has anyone got the second switch working in a Home Centre 3.

I previously used it with a Smartthings hub and it worked fine.

@Paul Hadley Hello and welcome to the community.

I using some TKB Home plugs model TZ69. But I've never seen a second, virtual switch in the controller.

Can you show a screen shot?

Sometimes it helps to exclude / include the zwave device again. With or without security.

The TK65D is a wall swich, hard wired to mains electricity. The main witch on the unit works the lights wired to it and can then be worked from a smart home system through Z-Wave. The second switch is just a Z-Wave switch that can be used another device. In my Smarttthings setup I had it associated with a device but I don't see it on my Home Centre, I only see ID0 the main switch not ID2 the second switch and no way to associate it.
