Hi,
Before 2 days, suddenly my Fibaro HC3 on my project site stopped working.
On reboot all led are stable except security LED is blinking.
Have also tried to enter in recovery mode, but there is no option to switch between System A and B.
During the installation, time we have taken local and cloud back up. And there was system A and B. Now there is no local and cloud back.

How can the cloud back up got lost? ( Fibaro team is saying there is no cloud back for given HC3 serial no ), what the use of having fibaro ID and not getting cloud back up in such emergency case.
The HC3 is working seens last two years and in the same project, have used HC3L as a slave. Now i am in trouble due to such issue, as there is no proper support in this case.
Any help is most appreciated.
