Qubino 3phase meter stopped reporting

Guys

Hello
I have 2 Qubinos.
1 for PV panels 1 for consumptions
Both of them were working nicely, but randomly all the reports stoppped, and both just froze.
You can see on the picture, its picth black night here, and PV still shows production but hous consumption is at 0
There is something in Fibaro system. 
Maybe @m.roszak can you please check on this?
It was working months, and now suddenly just stopped.
I presume, it is not on Qubino's side, becuase both of them stopped working, so it is really low probability that both of them breaks down at the same time.
What else can i check?
PI, alos i can see physically on Qubino's displays, that they are measuring correctly

It's known problem.

Since version 5.150 it's smaller integration of the qubino but you must add it again.

 

Now you can click on button to read data and maybe it will work another several months or several days :(

It will be better if we take a look, it is for sure not normal - it will be good to verify if this is on our side or device side (we got bad experience with those devices unfortunately).

    Michal, i can wait with it, so i will not poll the device, but may i ask you to urge it a bit, to not wait too much without PV reports. Its in ticket 294493.

    Probably they will just download logs for the developers, then you will be able to poll it (to verify if it will start to work) or soft-reconfigure if neccesary.

    Great to know more information because I have a lot of problems with this metter like Neo. It suddenly stoppes working after some time.

  • I polled both Qubinos in my house, they showed the data, but thats it. Doesn' report anything.

    I have tried using songle chanell and multichanell associations, nothing helped.

    It is really strange, as they were working..

    I am still waiting for support to check on it

    Maybe i will try a soft reconfig one more time..

    You can try seting pooling time. It didn't resolve problem but you will get data every x minutes.

    I am not sure, if it is a safe and correct way to include Qubino into global polling..i think we should ask @m.roszak about it

    In localization where I have problems like you it works with manual pooling very good. I have 3 situation where only with pooling it works. There are only 3 x IR2900, HC3L and Qubino. After reconfig it works about 1-2 days and it stops. Fibaro support didn't resolver problem since 1 year so I put manual pooling and it works.

    It's bad because of the z-wave. It always send data every several minutes. IIf you put 15min it should be ok, but if you need data from qubino fast it didn't work well.

    I also see in one of mine HC3 that when I put pooling for 60min it works very good. Since I set it I didn't have frozen qubino. Before that sometines it freezes sending data.

    It will put some additional stress on network but as a workaround it is a good solution.
