Guys, is cloud down?

I can't acces systems by id.cloud.fibaro.com. It gets to the password window in5 minutes right after i have given the email, then it doesnt respond to enter on PC

Yes down, also Amazon Alexa dont work

And the famous local connection from the application also does not work.

Only locally through a web browser and through the home bridge on the iPhone

I confirm too.  Access via the Internet to my Fibaro HC3 is not working (several hours as minimum).

Yes, we got hardware problem, we migrate data on new machines, waiting on info how much it will take time

Classic connection requires Fibaro ID for authorization and then getting list of Home Centers from your account. Then it logs you "locally".

 

If you go to Login offline from app login page then after filling IP adress and login credentials to your Home Center, you should be fine.

Yes but I m not at home I must connect to my home to shutdown few things !!

Well, not in Hungary. It is still down here, or at least i can not see any of my hc3’s online

Can you restart HC? Servers for Hungary are up too
