Since servers hardware problem e-mail and push notifications not working

Hello @m.roszak,

 

As title says, since you had problems with servers e-mail and notifications from my HC2 does not reach our mobile phones and inbox.

I didn't do any changes on my system except doing backup just before servers went down. But doing backup never influenced notifications.

 

If it is only me then what I can do to make e-mail and push notifications working?

I checked Fibaro cloud and all my HC is visible there. Also I regularly use my old Fibaro mobile app with my HC2.

I also checked my HC2 Configuration Access control and all our mobile devices are there as before, no changes.

 

BTW all other types of notification are working as usual such as Pushower, Signal, WhatsApp and Telegram.

    Hi @A.Socha ,

     

    Thank you very much for your prompt help! It was problem with my HC2 and rebooting solved problem. Now everything works as expected!

     

    Fibaro did an excellent job with HC2. It is very capable gateway. In my case taking care of 116 z-wave devices, 148 Virtual devices and 118 scenes! 👍

     

    I'm confident that HC3 will be much better with next stable firmware release. Fingers crossed! 🤞
