Multiple device unavailables

Question

Posted

Hello, I have ask the question on support but they don't give me the answer linked to this issue...

Since 1 month, I am facing a lot of connexion issue "device unavailable" by emails...

more than 100 emails in 10 days

99% of cases it was for devices Shelly Qubino wave 1PM

1% for Wallplugs

I have tried to re-configure the mesh network for those devices and for ALL, without more success...

It seems that those devices can not be refreshed in the mesh network, they are not listed into the Zwave log or they are in failed status...

Following this issue, I have removed and re-installed all my devices (5*Shelly Quino Wave 1PM), without more success too...

Have you faced an issue like this ?

How can I correct this issue ?

An other reflexion about those Shelly Quino Wave 1PM,

Why some devices which are based into the same derivation box have not the same liste of neighbors ?
